* This kit can also be used with 26-27 inch tires and have improved performance, however a slight loss of top speed can result (2-3 mph) when using this kit with smaller tires.
* Use this kit for 30” All Terrain type tires if mostly trail riding with only occasional mud use.
** -Renegade does not have the new engine and clutches for 2025
Note- For any 29.5 and larger Extreme Mud tires (Outlaws, Assassinators, etc.) and more Mud specific applications use kit# DBO 850M-25
The DBO 850-25 kit offers improved belt grip, better acceleration and performance.
Better response and “back shifting” of the belt when the vehicle senses load from soft terrain, hills, etc.
The kit includes a new Primary spring, a new machined spring seat for the primary spring, and a different secondary spring. This kit is designed to work together in both clutches for improved response.
