STAGE 2 - 215HP

The Stage 2 adds 65hp over stock configuration.

Fits all 2019-2021 900T and 2022 900T Expedition

Due to the limitations of some of the original components, we had to engineer new components in order to safely accomplish 215HP while maintaining a 91-octane gasoline usage.

This package will transform your 900 ace turbo into a real beast!

The throttle response of this reflash is just insane and it will perform perfectly in any condition.

Our primary adjustable clutch ramps are a must to achieve the optimal RPM. The target RPM is 8000 to 8100 for maximum engine efficiency.

Ramp adjustment starting point for a stock spring and helix combination in good condition, to achieve the target RPM. Please note; a modified spring and helix combination affects the final result. Therefore, we cannot provide settings for every application.

The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid track slippage. While accelerating, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce the weight. 
Note that surface conditions vary and affect RPM.

- Target RPM: 8000 - 8100 
- PEFI Adjustable Ramp Kit SKI-900R-CLUTCH-RAMP-69G 
- Set to a total weight of 74.9 G (use purple or blue Loctite). 
- A screw head flush with the top of the hole (at the heel) is the most common setting.

Pour augmenter la puissance a ce niveau spectaculaire votre moteur 900 ACE Turbo a besoin de cet ensemble de performance qui comprend notre fameux downpipe qui augmente le débit d'échappement, un ensemble d'apport de carburant haute performance (255 LPH), un régulateur de pression 4 BAR et une wastegate de meilleure qualité.

Cet ensemble transformera votre motoneige en une véritable machine de course!

La réponse de l'accélérateur devient insensée et il fonctionne parfaitement avec le carburant de pompe et ce, dans toutes les conditions de sentier..

Le régime parfait pour la courbe de puissance du moteur 900 ACE Turbo est entre 8000 -8100 RPM. Vous devez ajouter notre ensemble pour l'embrayage qui permet de régler le régime moteur au bon endroit.

Sachez qu'une combinaison de ressorts et helix modifiée affecte le résultat final. Nous ne pouvons donc pas fournir des réglages pour chacune des applications.
 
Le test doit être fait comme suit: accélérer rapidement mais graduellement pour éviter le glissement de la chenille. Durand l'accélération, attendez que le régime se stabilise, puis faites une lecture du RPM. Si le régime est trop haut, ajoutez du poids, si trop bas réduisez le poids. 
Notez que les conditions de surface varient et affectent le régime
