STAGE 2R - 215 to 230HP

The Stage 2R adds from 55hp to 70hp over stock configuration.
Due to the limitations of some of the original components, we had to engineer new components in order to safely accomplish 215HP while maintaining a 91-octane gasoline usage.
With this, you will transform your 900 ace turbo into a real beast!
This package runs on our brand new multimap logic and will transform your 900 ace turbo into a real beast!

Fits all 2019-2021 900T and 2022 900T Expedition

You will have two boost level to choose from:

  • Standard: 18psi
  • Sport: 22.5psi (race fuel required)

The throttle response of this reflash is just insane and it will perform perfectly in any condition.

  • Precision EFI fuel system upgraded

Our primary adjustable clutch ramps are a must to achieve the optimal RPM. The target RPM is 8000 to 8100 for maximum engine efficiency.

Ramp adjustment starting point for a stock spring and helix combination in good condition, to achieve the target RPM. Please note; a modified spring and helix combination affects the final result. Therefore, we cannot provide settings for every application.

The test should be performed as follows: accelerate quickly but gradually to avoid track slippage. While accelerating, wait for the RPM to stabilize, then take an RPM reading. If the RPM is too high, add weight; if too low, reduce the weight. 
Note that surface conditions vary and affect RPM.

- Target RPM: 8000 - 8100 
- PEFI Adjustable Ramp Kit SKI-900R-CLUTCH-RAMP-69G 
- Set to a total weight of 74.9 g (use purple or blue Loctite). 
- A screw head flush with the top of the hole (at the heel) is the most common setting.

This package is perfect for trail and race application.

Nous recommandons fortement d'ajouter notre ensemble pour l'embrayage et les ressorts améliorés qui permet de régler le régime moteur!

Vous aurez le choix entre deux niveaux de boost:

  • Standard: 18psi
  • Sport: 22.5psi (race fuel requis)

La réponse de l'accélérateur est immédiate et il fonctionnera parfaitement dans toutes les conditions.

Vous devez ajouter notre ensemble pour l'embrayage qui permet de régler le régime moteur entre 8000 et 8100 rpm.

Sachez qu'une combinaison de ressorts et helix modifiée affecte le résultat final. Nous ne pouvons donc pas fournir des réglages pour chacune des applications.
 
Le test doit être fait comme suit: accélérer rapidement mais graduellement pour éviter le glissement de la chenille. Durand l'accélération, attendez que le régime se stabilise, puis faites une lecture du RPM. Si le régime est trop haut, ajoutez du poids, si trop bas réduisez le poids. 
Notez que les conditions de surface varient et affectent le régime

-Régler à un poids total de 74.9 G (utiliser un loctite mauve ou bleu)
-Une tête de visse, flush au début du trou (pas dans le fond), est le réglage le plus commun.
